Abano Healthcare – national
Abano Healthcare is a listed company providing dental services in 50 locations in NZ – employing1200 staff.
Winsland role was initially development of health, safety and wellbeing policy, strategy, plan and procedures.
We also filled the health and safety management function in NZ in a business partner capacity on an interim basis.
Winsland developed a comprehensive HSW strategy and plan. The aim was to lift health and safety performance and build safety culture. The scope included all aspects of health and safety but the key focus was; leadership, reporting, IT systems and control of clinical risk.
Contact Energy
Management of HSE development programme over 18 months
All TRIFR and other HSE metrics all met. Contact was the 2014 winner of the ACC Workplace Safety Award and workplace injuries dropped 32% from the previous year.
