SME also want to know they can get advice and support when they need it. To provide the certainty SME are looking for, we have three partnership packages which provide for all the support a business will need to meet legal requirements and also create safer, more productive workplaces.

Base package

Is for SME who want to manage their Health and Safety independently. It includes one Winsland Health and Safety audit per year as this is critical to any business managing its health and safety. Gives the user the right to use Winsland’s standard Health and Safety Management system as they want. The package provides access to Winsland services subject to an annual maximum hours. Hours beyond this are covered by carry over from previous years or an additional fee for service.

Intermediate package

Is for SME who want to use the Winsland App to manage their health and safety electronically. We help configure and install the App so you start with a fully working system. The package provides access to Winsland services subject to an annual maximum hours. It includes two site audits per year. Hours beyond this are covered by carry over from previous years or an additional fee for service.

Advanced package

Includes all the features of the Intermediate package but the available hours included increases to 12. Companies may start off on this package and move down to one of other packages in subsequent years.

What it costs

There are two elements:

1. There is typically a one-off initial site / systems audit required to confirm the client needs and priorities. The audit allows the client to make an informed decision on what ongoing support package is right for them. The initial audited is quoted separately.
2. Other than this initial one-off audit, the cost is determined by which support package the client selects.

What do I get for my money in a partnership with Winsland

• a health and safety management system implementation – appropriate to your business scale and risk profile. It will be fully up and running in 12 – 18 months. If Worksafe or anyone else wants to see how you manage health and safety, the answers will be at your fingertips.
• improved compliance against applicable legislation, regulation and standards – subject only to you following our guidance on addressing gaps.
• Winsland Health and Safety APP with all the procedures, forms, reporting and reminders you will need
• informed and engaged management capable of managing the business for better health and safety and compliance outcomes.
• on tap advice whenever you need it.
