To provide the certainty SME are looking for, we have three partnership packages which provide for all the support a business will need to meet legal requirements and also create safer, more productive workplaces.
Base package
Is for SME who want to manage their Health and Safety independently. It includes one Winsland Health and Safety audit per year as this is critical to any business managing its health and safety. It allows businesses use of their version of the Winsland Health and Safety App – but they populate it themselves. The package provides access to Winsland services subject to an annual maximum hours. Hours beyond this are covered by carry over from previous years or an additional fee for service.
Intermediate package
Is for SME who want to Winsland to set up their Health and Safety system and install their App for them. This is typically a one year package with business then moving to another package in subsequent years. The package provides access to Winsland services subject to an annual maximum hours. Hours beyond this are covered by carry over from previous years or an additional fee for service.
Advanced package
Includes all the features of the Intermediate package but there are two Winsland Health and Safety audits per year and an Annual Health and Safety Workshop. The Workshop reviews health and safety performance over the past year based on data from the App. It also includes a review of the risk register (required for compliance) and review of incidents.
What it costs
There are two elements:
- Base package: is $195 + GST per month.
- Intermediate package: is the Base package fee per month + a one time charge for the implementation support of $2,000.
- Advance package: Is typically around $295 – $345 per month + a one time charge for the implementation support of $2,000. The monthly charge depends on what support you need in what will be maintenance mode.
The App should make organisations independent, in which case the cost is just audits a plus allowance for periodic advice and services.
What do I get for my money in a partnership with Winsland
