Ready to Get Control of Your Health & Safety
Ready to Get Control of Your Health & Safety in partnership with Winsland – the recognised experts in SME health and safety in Auckland and throughout NZ. Our partnership approach combines practical expertise of our team with a strategic mindset, and an eye on the bottom line. We hate waste, in particular businesses spending on the wrong thing but thinking they are doing the right thing.
But fundamentally the SME we work with want to meet legal requirements and also create safer, more productive workplaces. We think long-term partnerships are the path to this. Helping clients build processes and a culture of safety that works.
How it works
Winsland is paid a set fee which covers implementation of our health and safety management system and the APP.
The fee depends on which modules you need and how much you want to do yourself v how much support you need from us. This can vary from half a day to a month. Typically, fees start from $1500 for a do-it-yourself approach.
In addition, we commit to providing ongoing support over the course of the year with a range of services which will always include at least two audits per year in the first two years whilst you bed in the system. You determine what support is required; it may be a training session, development of an SOP, liaison with a regulator etc. There is a monthly fee for this typically ranging from $250 to $500.
In return you get
