Options for temporary inhouse health and safety people

Using a temporary health and safety person to fill a short-term gap or to fill a project role lasting for a fixed term makes a lot of sense.

If it is a vacant permanent role you are typically looking at 3 months to recruit and onboard a new person – can you really leave the role unfilled for that long? If the answer is yes, you need to ask if you need it in the first place or a business partnership arrangement with us or another provider might met your needs.

For a project role we often form part of the team as the H&S expert working casual hours required to support the project. Our work with CHEP included filling this role.

Winsland can fill the need with an experienced health and safety person, backed by the Winsland team.
