Less than 5 employees or low risk industry – then not a lot. Your employee records and local council certification / inspections probably suffice. Otherwise, you need some paperwork to evidence; training and qualifications, risks and controls, equipment and facilities checks, procedures for any high risk tasks, inspections and audits.

Essentially it is your insurance policy. Firstly, it allows you to keep track of whether you and your people are compliant with date driven things like license renewals, fire drills and training and ensures you are compliant. Secondly, it allows you to demonstrate you have identified and are actively controlling your risks. If you can’t show this and the worst happens then it’s like self insurance.

Access is free to our clients there is no ongoing fee, so we don’t lock you in. In fact, there is the option to run independently on Microsoft or Google. You can modify it to meet your particular needs as it is built by AI and free to change.

Drury Farms has five employees but uses several contractors. They required a system to manage employee and contractor health and safety and, after reviewing what was available, elected to use the Winsland Health and Safety APP.

Winsland provided them with a link to download their own version of the APP which the Site Manager then used to populate the fields they elected to use. The APP was fully operation immediately and fully populated within a month.
