What is temporary resource
It is using a temporary health and safety person to fill a short term gap or to fill a project role lasting for a fixed term
Winsland can fill the need with an experienced health and safety person, backed by the Winsland team.

Why it might be useful
Recruitment can take months. During this time you may have no coverage of the health and safety function. Health and safety is not something to turn on and off. One popular solution to filling a temporary health and safety staffing gap is a temporary or fixed term person. This provides some continuity whilst recruitment is underway.
Some organisations need people to be the health and safety expert on a project. This is particularly true if specialist knowledge such as machine safety, asbestos or confined space work are required. Winsland sourced people may be used to provide a health and safety oversight and perspective through the life of a project.
