Like having a Business Partner without the need for a permanent employee and the capacity to access a wide range of specialist knowledge when needed. Workplace assessment

Our consultants will come on to one of your works sites. In Auckland / Hamilton this is in person. Beyond this we undertake an E.Visit. The visit is free of charge.

This enables us to review your current health and safety systems, inspect the workplace, and identify critical risks.

This allows potential partners to assess their needs and understand Winsland.

Based on this we can recommend the best answer for you and we can advise you on suitable alternatives if a partnership is not necessary or not going to deliver what you need.

Tailored recommendations

Based on the workplace assessment, you receive preliminary advice on what you should address (if anything) with suggested priorities, timelines, and costs.

Our fees are based on estimated hours of support required. For a small business this will be in the region of $200 – $300 per month. It all depends on how much of the initial set up the business wants to do itself. In subsequent years it is likely to be less – this is reviewed annually and the business decides what support it needs.

Implementation support

We help your team put solutions in place so you have a Business Partner providing ongoing support – whether that’s providing standard operating procedures, training staff, or introducing new procedures, investigation of incidents, risk assessments, training – or whatever.

Ongoing support

As part of our partnership plan install and populate the Winsland Health and Safety APP for you. This provides all you will need in terms of initial documentation and record keeping.

We stay involved with follow-up checks (twice yearly audits), advice as required and updates.

The idea is that together we ensure your workplace remains safe and compliant. Management and owners are assured health and safety is under control. Its like having your own business partner

Winsland Health and Safety App

Our partnership plan gives free access to your own installation of the Winsland Health and Safety App – yours to use and own and take away – even if you decide to terminate the partnership after two years on our plan. It is all part of our plan for a partnership providing ongoing services and regular advice.

The standard App menu of the portal is shown below. This view the Dashboard where reminders are generated and an overview of the key health and safety metrics are shown. This can be customised. You don’t need to use all modules. Alternatively, you can add modules but there may be a small charge for this if we need to customise for you. In short, our partnership for ongoing advice means you have access to services whenever needed.

Fortunately, there is no need for an expensive licensed system. We are confident most small to medium businesses will find our APP is all they need to manage their health and safety. And the best bit is its free, consistent with our philosophy of providing pragmatic, costs effective health and safety solutions.
